• All divers must present their certification card and dive log. Our Divemaster reserves the right to exclude uncertified or unfit divers from diving and cancel diving activities due to unsafe weather conditions

Package Exclusive:

• Exclude equipment . Snokelling equipment rental available (Mask and snorkel – RM10.00 per package/Life Jacket – RM10.00 per package
• Marine Park Fees (RM5.00 per adults or per child) to purchase at the departure jetty.

Note:

• Package rate based on per person basis
• These rates valid from 1 January 2010 – 31^st December 2010
• Rooms are subject to availability at time of booking
• Check-in time 11:30am/Check-out time 09.00am
• Land shuttle service from KT Bus Station or Airpot to Merang (2 way) – 45 mins per way:- RM35.00 (Adults)/ RM25.00 (Child 4 – 11yrs)
• Boat Schedule: Merang Jety - Resort :- 10:00am / Resort- Merang Jetty - 08:30am & 12:00pm
   (boat transfer subject to change without prior notice)
• Term and condition apply (Payment term & condition - 50 % deposit required to confirm booking and full payment must be made 2 weeks before arrival date. All payment made is not refundable. Any postponement of arrival date must be made prior to the pre-full payment date. Management reserves the right to alter, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the packages at any time without prior notice. The resort reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour due to inclement weather or unforeseen operational conditions for the safety of guests. The resort accepts no liability for losses due to failure to connect with other services and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond our control.
