Note:

• Additional Island Tour is RM30.00 per person
• Additional of RM15.00 per person for BBQ dinner/ RM20.00 per person for Honeymoon person

• For quad sharing minus RM15.00 from triple rate per night (Holiday Package)
• The children (defined as from age 3- 12 years old) are charged 50% from adult’s rate. For infant below 3 years, the package rate is RM20.00 per infant (holiday package)
• Due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operation conditions, Kapas Island Resort reserves the right to alter or cancel any itinerary to tours without compensation.
• Upon confirmation of booking 50% of the tour price must be paid. Full payment must be paid not less than 14 days before the date of tour departure.
• There shall be no refund of any deposit. No refund or reduction will be allowed in respect of accommodation, meals or any service not utilized for any reason whatsoever.
• The company reserves the right to alter or modify without prior notice of itineraries, accommodation, due to circumstances over which the company has no control.
• All tour members taking part in any activities organized by the company shall do so at their own risk. The company shall not be responsible for any losses or damages sustained by anyone. All tour members are advised to insure themselves against personal injuries and loss of personal belongings.
• The company reserves the right to remove any tour member whose conduct or behavior is unacceptable or unreasonable in the opinion of the company.
• Programme, tour price, service and condition are based on the situation applicable at the time of publication and are subjected to charge without notice.
• The company reserves the right to execute or conduct any tours or transfer if full payments is not received.
