Package Inclusive:

- Free flow of hot and cold beverage excluding alcoholic and carbonated drinks.
Package Exclusive:
- Marine Park Conservation Fees RM 5 per adult / RM 2.00 per child
- Return Land Transfer from Kuala Terengganu to Merang Jetty @ RM20.00 / person.
- Life jackets @ RM 15.00, normal mask and snorkel @ RM 15.00 per item per duration.
- Power Mask @ RM 30.00 per item per duration.
- Services charge for arrangement of bus ticket @ RM 2.00 per ticket. (excluding bus ticker fare)
- Insurance coverage.
Note:
- Rates quoted in MYR (Malaysia Ringgit)
- Children between 4 – 12 years old only applies sharing room with parent @ 60% of the above rates.
- Single supplement for weekday and weekend @ RM 80.00 per room per night, School Holidays @ RM 100.00 per room per night base on twin sharing.
- Infant below 4 years old (without bed) @ RM 80.00/infant.
- The operator accepts no liability for any losses injury, illness, expense, delay or other irregularity resulting from activities the participant undertakes willingly.
- The rate is subject to acceptance of our terms & conditions of contract.
- For all confirmation booking, 50% unrefundable deposit of the total tour fare is required.
- All rates quoted are inclusive of all taxes and subjected to change without prior notice.
- No refund or reduction of accommodation, meals, snorkeling gear or any services not utilized.
- The management reserves the right to alter, motify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
- Boat schedules:- Merang – Resort 0930am/08.00pm. Resort - Merang 11.00am
(The boat transfer is subjected to weather conditions. The resort is not liable for compensation due to weather changes)
Terms & Conditions:
- Upon confirmation of booking 50% of the tour price must be paid.
- Failing receive any payment, the management reserves the right to release your booking.
- Full payment must be paid not less than 30 days before the date of tour departure.
- There shall be no refund of any deposit.
- No refund or reduction will be allowed in respect of accommodation, meals or any service not utilized for any reason whatsoever.
- The company reserves the right to alter or modify without prior notice of the itineraries, hotel accommodation, due to circumstances over which the company has no control.
- All tour members taking part in any activities organized by the company shall do so at their own risk. The company shall not be responsible for any losses or damages sustained by anyone. All tour members are advised to insure themselves against personal injuries and loss of personal belongings.
- The company reserves the right to remove day tour member whose conduct or behavior is unacceptable or unreasonable in the opinion of the company.
- Tour price, services and terms & conditions are based on the situation applicable at the time of publication and are subjected to charge without notice.
- The information in the tour programs and itinerary is correct to the best of the company knowledge at the time of printing.
- The company reserves the right to execute / conduct any tours or transfer is full payments is not received.
- Tour member should note an adventure tour or diving tour involves risk. Whilst the company will make maximum effort to safeguard our member, the company cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the action of tour members which are beyond the company control. The company strongly suggests that the tour members should arrange for their own insurance.
