Rates  valid from Oct 01^st 2010 to 31^st December 2011 & Inclusive of taxes.

TRANSFER RATES

Langkawi Airport or Jetty to Resort (or vice versa):

• Limousine             : RM360.00 per way (max 3 pax)
• Car / Taxi              : RM130.00 per way (max 3 pax)
• Van                        : RM220.00 per way (max 10 pax)

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME

• Check-in : 3.00pm (early check in is possible if rooms are available)
• Check Out : 12.00pm
• Any request for check-out time extension will be subject to room availability and management discretion
• If extend check out time to / after 3.00pm, there will be a 30% charge of room rate is applicable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All confirmed booking must be paid in full before expiry of the payment deadline given. Upon the expiry of the deadline, the booking will be automatically cancelled without any further notice.
2. In the event of cancellation of booking after full payment was remitted, the following cancellation policies applies:-

·         More than 1 month to arrival date: Full Refund less Admin Fees (5%) of total value

·         3 weeks or more to arrival date: 70% Refund less Admin Fees (5%) of total value

·         2 weeks or more to arrival date: 50%

·         Less than 2 weeks : NO Refund

3. NO REFUND will be made in whole or in part for any unused days or unconsumed food at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guest who do not show up be charge in full and no refund will be made for whatever reasons.
4. REVISION of rates is subject to resort discretion and without prior notice.
