- Weekdays booking (Sunday to Thursday) : 10% Discount. Only available for check-in from Sunday and check-out by Thursday, must be within the same week. DO NOT APPLY if that weekdays falls on eve / on a public holidays and school holidays in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Applicable only to Malaysian, Singaporean and foreigners with P.R/ working permit in Malaysia
- Package must be taken as a whole package. No refund or substitutes are given for any items on the package not utilized.
- No Refund for early departure or incomplete stay.
- A surcharge of RM40.00 nett per person applies during eves of public holidays, public holidays and school holidays in Malaysia & Singapore.

- A Rebate of RM30.00 per person per way if the guests prefers to take the package without the boat transfers.

- Complimentary 2 Snorkeling trips around Lang Tengah (excluding equipments). Not applicable for extension stay.
CHILDREN RATE (4-11 YEARS)
- Children sharing same room with 2 Adults – 40% discount on the Twin Adults rate
- Children sharing room with 1 adult – One of the child will be charge full of Twin Adults rate
- If Children not sharing with Adults – two children will be charge full Twin Adults rate.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME
- Check- in : after 12.00pm
- Check – Out : before 10.30am
- Any request for check-out time extention will be subject to room availability and management discretion
- If extend check out time to /after 3.00pm, there will be a nominal charge RM100 per room.
LAND TRANSFER

(Airport transfers to Merang takes between 30 mins to 45 mins)

# Boat Charter Rates
- Merang to Pulau Lang Tengah RM480.00 per boat per way (Max: 10 Pax)
- Pulau Lang Tengah to Redang RM500.00 per boat per way (Max: 4 Pax)
- Pulau Lang Tengah to Perhentian RM750.00 per boat per way (Max: 4 Pax)
(Please CHOOSE the preferred boat timing when making booking as some boat will not operate of there is no request)
- The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat timing due to sea, weather and tide conditions
- The resort will not be held responsible for any delayed on arrival due to flight delays or rescheduling, or any delat in 3rd party transportations for whatever reasons which will subsequently missed our 11.00am boat to the resort. Those who missed the boat will have to charter their own boat.
- The resort will not be held responsible for any missed transport connections, whether flight, buses, train or any 3rd party transport, resulting from delays in the boat transfer arising from weather, seas, winds and tide conditions or/and due to any unexpected mechanical breakdown of the boat.
ELECTRICITY
- Please be inform that there be a daily 3 hour power cut-off (03.00pm – 06.00pm) for the off-peak months of February, March, October and November. There will be 24-hours electricity from April to September unless due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) All confirmed bookings must be paid in full before the expiry of the payment deadline given. Upon the expiry of the dateline, the booking will be automatically cancel without any further notice.
2) In the event of cancellation of bookings after full payment was remitted, the following cancellation policies applies:-
a) More than 1 month to arrival date: Full refund less admin fees (3%) of total value
b) 3 weeks or more to arrival date: 70% Refund less admin fees (3%) of total value
c) 2 weeks or more to arrival date: 50% Refund less admin fess (3%) of total value
d) Less than 2 weeks : NO Refund
3) NO REFUND will be made in whole or part for any unused days or unconsumed food at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guests who does not show up will be charged in full and no refund will be made for whatever reasons.
4) REVISION of rates in subject to resort discretion and without prior notice.
